Instructions:

The best person to ask for a testimonial is a happy customer. Asking for testimonials from someone who is only so-so or doesn’t like what they’ve purchased from you could backfire. Consider putting this campaign in place 2-3 weeks after sending a feedback survey to your customers. And only send it to those who gave you a positive response.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Pro Tip:

If you are using a webform to collect testimonials, and the “gift” you’re offering is a download or digital product, you could always give the person access on the thank you page of the webform rather than sending them an email. Or, you could do both.

Pro Tip:

Under the delivery method, make sure you’re setting the expectation for when and how to get their gift. For example, if it’s a gift that is being mailed, mention that and give them an estimated time for when they should start looking for it. If it’s a download, give them a link to it.
